FREE DELIVERY (To NSW including insurance)

  • Free delivery for all purchases delivered to the Illawarra, and within NSW. Our packages are fully covered by freight insurance.

  • Packages are generally dispatched the next working day after receipt of payment. See Delivery Times for more information.

NOTE:  Customer/receiver is to check item carefully. If there is damage to the carton it is to be noted by the driver on his documentation prior to leaving the drop off point. This will be necessary for the customer/receiver to be able to claim any transport insurance.

Beasty Australia ships to all major city areas within Australia (except NT & TAS). Please see our list of shipping costs below.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Customers in the Illawarra will receive order within in 1-2 business days.
  • Customers in Metro areas on the East Coast will generally receive their order within in 2-10 business days.
  • The rest of Australia will generally receive their orders within 3-14 business days. All customers will be provided with a tracking number to track your item.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

  • Customer/receiver is to check item carefully. If there is damage to the carton it is to be noted by the driver on his documentation prior to leaving the drop off point. This will be necessary for the customer/receiver to be able to claim any transport insurance.
  • If customer/receiver decides to sign the transporters documentation without checking the responsibility is passed on to them not the driver. 
  • If customer/receiver locates transport damage, they MUST either accept the goods and have the driver mark the item as damaged on their documentation and email Beasty Australia of the situation or refuse the goods and give it back to the driver.
  • The customer will have 5 full working days from date of receipt to send item back (This will be at the customers expense. If item is being returned due to no fault of their own the cost will be covered by Beasty Australia).
  • All stock leaving Beasty Australia will be amply packed for superior protection.
